1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of water
1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
½ a cup of crushed almonds
2 cups of chopped pineapple

Add the oats to a pot of water, then cook them for a couple of minutes and leave them to cool down afterwards. Then, put the cooked oats in a blender with the pineapple, almonds, orange juice and cinnamon and mix until you get a homogenous mixture. You can add some honey to taste.
