You will need:
- 1 liter whole milk
- 1 plain yogurt, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 meter cotton gauze
- 1 pot
- A mold of about 12 cm
Method of preparation:
Heat the milk for fifteen minutes without letting it boil
-Slowly add the yogurt and lemon juice and mix
-Let this mixture rest for at least three hours in the blender container, you should -see the separation of the serum in the mixture, it is a yellow liquid
-Place the cotton gauze folded in the pot or recent one you are going to use
