- A bit of kale
- 2 apples
- 2 kiwis
- 5 bananas
It’s easy – wash and chop the ingredients, then mix all the ingredients and a glass of water in a blender for 10-15 seconds. Drink half the juice in the morning, and the rest during the day. Eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water, and you will never have to fear high blood pressure or diabetes again!
