This homemade creamer is easy to prepare and very delicious. It’s made of all natural ingredients that not only make your coffee yummy, it also adds a boost of anti-inflammatory goodness with comforting aroma that soothes all the senses.
You will need:
- 1 14 oz can full fat coconut milk
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. dried lavender buds
- 1 tbsp. raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
Preparation and use:
Add all the ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat and combine well. Heat until mixture starts to steam. Then, turn off the heat and allow mixture to infuse for about 10 minutes. Strain the mixture to remove lavender buds.
Pour the creamer into an airtight jar and put in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before using. Pour into hot or iced coffee. You can store it in refrigerator for up to one week.
