SUPER GREENS PESTO SAUCE
You will need:
- 2 cup packed fresh basil
- 3 large garlic cloves, peeled
- 3-4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp water + more if needed
- 1 scoop Organifi Green Juice Powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp sea salt plus more to taste
Note: It makes approximately a cup.
Blend all the ingredients in a blender or run them through a food processor. Refrigerate up to a week. You can freeze it in ice tray afterwards and keep for a month.
