You will need:
- 1 liter of water
- 2 teaspoons of turmeric, chopped
- 1 thumb of ginger root, chopped
- 1 peeled and chopped clove of garlic
- Pinch of brown sugar for taste
Boil the water in a kettle and pour over the ingredients. From here, allow the mix to sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning, bring it to a boil for five minutes then allow to cool again. Take two tablespoons on an empty stomach 3 times a day, then once more before bed.
