• 42 grams Shea butter
• 42 grams Aloe Vera
• 14 grams stearic acid
• 14 grams beeswax
• 84 grams comfrey infused oil and arnica
Add 2 Tbsp. dried comfrey leaves and 2 Tbsp. dried arnica flowers in a heatproof jar. Add 170 grams of olive oil in the jar, stir and put it in a pot that contains 5 centimeters of water.
Leave the pot on low temperature for 2 to 3 hours. Make sure that the herbs don’t fry during these hours.
Mix the comfrey and arnica mixture, stearic acid and beeswax in a heatproof bowl or a measuring cup. Put the cup in a pan that contains 5 centimeters of water and heat it. Turn it off when the wax is melted.
Remove the pan from heat and add the butter. Stir until the butter melts. Leave it to cool.
Meanwhile, mix Aloe Vera gel and magnesium oil in a heat-proof bowl and warm them in the same manner.
Combine these two mixes when they reach body temperature. Use a mixer until the mix becomes thick enough. Leave the mix to cool and pour it into a squeezable container or any container that is not metal.
