While you are brushing your teeth you should try to brush and scrap your tongue as well.During the night,more and more bad bacteria are produced by the odor.But by cleaning your tongue regularly you can prevent cold and cough and other oral inflammation.On the other hand,bubble gums,bon-bon and some Vitamins are very welcome for your tongue because they can decrease the odor in your mouth.
Do not forget to brush your tongue every morning with baking soda.Try to brush only the front part of your tongue and then gradually go to the middle and the back.
Afterwards, rinse your mouth several times with water. Make sure you disinfect the toothbrush after the procedure to remove all the bacteria that might have left.
