By massaging certain points of the face may help the body recover faster, by activating the inner strength of body fight against nose discharge.
This is an effective way presented by Lou Hunsen, doctor of Chinese medicine. Watch this video – for five minutes to cure the running nose:
Point No.1 If you follow the line of the eyebrows, this point will be found directly above the root of the nose.
Point No.2 Symmetrical points on both sides of the face, hardly noticeable indentations about 2 cm from the side edges of the eyebrows. They should also be pressed at the same time.
Point No.3 Two symmetrical points at the beginning of the nose near the edge of the eye sockets. They should be massaged simultaneously.
Point No.4 Symmetrical points spaced half a centimeter from the nose.
What should be massaged?
All these points should be massaged with the tip of the fingers for about a minute. Strongly pressed, but not painfully.
No matter in which direction. It is important to have a sense of pressure on the designated point. Nasal stops literally after the first time. If necessary, repeat 2-3 times daily.
How does this work?
Important – correct blood flow!
Chinese medicine believes that the most important thing is proper blood flow to the muscles and tissues. If somewhere in the body occurs stagnation of the blood, then begins development of diseases on those areas.
Likewise – if you provide adequate blood flow, the body will be able to quickly cure the disease. Therefore massage of the key points helps healing.
Hunsen Lu, a doctor of Chinese medicine, served 11 years in Chinese army. He learned the secrets of Chinese medicine from his grandmother who taught him acupuncture and manual therapy for a long time.
