Kidney watermelon flush
- 2 cups of watermelon (chopped)
- 1 lime (peeled)
Mix the watermelon and lime in a blender with some water, then pour the drink in a glass and drink it fresh. This juice contains a lot of vitamin C which will reinforce your immune system and potassium, a natural diuretic that can also prevent the formation of kidney stones.
- 2 carrots
- 1 cucumber
Wash and peel the veggies, then mix them in a blender and drink the juice fresh. The high water content of the cucumber and the beta-carotene from carrots will nourish your body with nutrients it needs to remove excess uric acid and keep your health in check.
Super radish kidney flush
- A cup of chopped radish
- A cup of shredded purple cabbage
- 1 celery rib
Wash and chop the ingredients, then mix them in a blender with a bit of water. Radishes have anti-inflammatory properties and can fight various infections, while cabbage has all the vitamin C our body needs on a daily basis.
